Demo request data

When you submit the Book Demo form, CeramicPortal stores the name, business name, phone, email, city, state, preferred language, business type, retailer and branch counts, accounting software, current ordering method, main problem, preferred date and time, optional notes, consent record, landing page, referrer and campaign parameters you supplied.

We use that information to prepare and respond to the requested product demonstration, avoid creating repeated same-day leads, and notify the authorised operations inbox. Network and browser values used for abuse protection are stored only as one-way hashes.

A fixed automated retention period for demo requests is not currently claimed. You may contact support@ceramicportal.com to ask about the record or request deletion; any deletion remains subject to the product’s verified account and data-handling process.
