Registered retailer access
The retailer uses the mobile number on their customer record and confirms a one-time code. No password or invitation link.
Each retailer sees the products and customer-wise price list you assign. Orders reach your Admin portal with products and quantities.

Steps 1 to 4 use verified demo data. Step 5 is an actual Admin portal screen.
The retailer uses the mobile number on their customer record and confirms a one-time code. No password or invitation link.
They see the products you allow and the price list you assign. This demo shows 20 of 24 products.

The retailer chooses from the assigned Product Catalogue. Hidden products do not appear.

Products, quantities and the customer stay together before the order reaches the wholesaler team.
Your team reviews the order, then converts it into an Estimate, Challan or Invoice.

The app is deliberately narrow: find a product, see your price, place the order.
Browses your Product Catalogue by category, sub-category and series
Keeps their own order history and its status in the app
Can be connected to more than one wholesaler and switch between them
These limits are part of the product decision, not fine print.
The app does not provide a separate stock-display setting for each retailer. It does not calculate an availability range after open orders. Ask us to show the current stock screen during the demo.
There is no in-app chat. Your retailers reach you the way they already do.
There is no delivery tracking. The app shows the order status, not where a lorry is.
Direct answers about access, prices, visibility, stock and the first order.
Yes. A retailer places the order in the app. It arrives in your Admin portal with products and quantities.
There is no invitation link. You add the retailer with their mobile number, tell them about the app however you normally reach them, and they sign in with that number using a one-time code.
Ceramic Portal does not currently have per-retailer stock-display controls — no approved quantity band, no hidden-stock mode. There is no available-to-promise figure either. If how stock appears to your retailers matters to your decision, raise it on the demo and we will show you exactly what is on screen today rather than describe it here.
Yes. Price lists are assigned per customer, so the price a retailer sees in the app is the one you gave them.
Yes. You can hide specific products from specific customers. A hidden product does not appear in that retailer's catalogue at all — it is absent rather than greyed out.
Ask us how many retailers or showrooms your plan includes. We will confirm the exact plan limit before you buy.
We will show the Admin portal and Retailer App using your products, retailers, branches and godowns as the discussion context.
